As part of the Operations Consulting team, you are involved in managing client engagements and producing solutions in the healthcare provider industry. As a Manager, you guide teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success and maintaining exceptional standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals and objectives. Your role involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, developing financial models, and implementing new processes and technologies to drive adoption.

The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
