Required : A Master’s degree and experience responding to behavioral issues with strong leadership and administrative skills.

Preferred : Professional experience in a university or college student housing setting, including live-in / live-on duties as well as crisis response. Prior direct supervision of student para-professional staff, key / access control and customer service desk experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Manage desk operations in providing exceptional, frontline, customer service to all constituents.
• Monitor and enforce key and access control safety and security protocols.
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and support student staff.
• Serve on a 24 / 7 administrator on call and support staff rotation responding to self-harm, title IX, and other behavioral and facilities related concerns.
• Schedule student staff and support summer program operations (camps, conferences, and orientations).

Student Services Program Coordinator II (CB70 / 61122879 / FTE-S01093P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band : 05. Salary range : $39,764.00 (minimum) – $56,670.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m., and Friday 8 : 00 a.m. – 12 : 30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.

Competence in primary computer applications, database management, and attention to detail in administrative responsibilities.
