As the Director of Talent Operations and Recruiting Experiences, you will play a critical role in scaling and optimizing CoreWeave's recruiting infrastructure. You'll lead a high-impact team and own the systems, processes, and programs that power our talent engine, ensuring we can attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent as we scale.

This role is responsible for building operational excellence across Talent Acquisition, with a focus on recruiting systems (e.g., ATS), analytics, compliance, employer branding, and internal coordination. You will oversee key programs and partnerships, drive insights through data, and ensure that our recruiting operations are not only efficient but also strategic, compliant, and candidate-focused.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and scale the Talent Operations function, overseeing systems, programs, analytics, and compliance across Talent Acquisition.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, automation tools), ensuring optimization and alignment with business needs.
  • Build and operationalize recruiting analytics and dashboards that inform TA performance, headcount progress, pass-through rates, and strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee employer branding strategy and execution, in partnership with our Talent Program & Events Manager, to elevate CoreWeave's talent brand in priority markets.

  • Develop and manage programs that support scalability (e.g., interviewer enablement, internal mobility, vendor partnerships, and recruiting onboarding).
  • Lead cross-functional projects across TA, People Ops, Finance, and hiring teams to align process, reporting, and goals.
  • Build and evolve documentation, training, and toolkits to enable recruiter success and hiring manager partnership.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across recruiting workflows, while maintaining agility to support rapid growth.

Who You Are :

  • Proven leader with 10+ years of experience in Talent or HR Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday), including implementation, optimization, and integration.
  • Strong data orientation with the ability to translate metrics into insights, storytelling, and influence executive decision-making.
  • Track record of building and managing cross-functional programs and operational processes at scale.
  • Experience overseeing employer branding , recruitment marketing, or candidate engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with global hiring compliance standards and operational risk management.
  • Comfortable managing a team with diverse responsibilities (systems, programs, coordination, compliance, and branding).
  • Effective communicator and collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, solutions-oriented environment.
  • Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match.
