Job descriptionOne week per month , Monday Friday, 7 AM 7 PM (or 8-hour shifts if preferred). No call is required. Location : th Avenue West, Williston, ND 58801. Setting : 25-bed CAH hospital, Level 4 trauma center. Support Staff : Not a solo position; external company handles remote imaging reads. Minor procedures & reads (diagnostic mammos, breast biopsy, barium enema, epidural steroid injections, abscess drainage, etc.). Required procedures include : Arthrograms, joint aspirations / injections, CT cystograms, PICC line placement. Lumbar punctures, hysterosalpingograms, bone marrow biopsy, ultrasound biopsies. ESI, SI injections, facet injections (preferred but not mandatory). Procedures per day : 5-10 (varies by complexity). Diagnostic mammos per day : 2-4 (if consistently onsite). Medicare overreads : Various studies (CT, MRI, X-rays, mammos, DEXA scans). Travel : Preferred hotels, local air travel (optional). Credentialing : Faster with ND license ; payer enrollment takes 60-90 days . EMR System : Meditech.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate : $463 / hour (not OT).
- Holiday Rate : $694.50 / hour (per 24 hours on holidays).
