Overview We are seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) to join an established outpatient clinic serving a geriatric population in Indiana. The provider will function as the Medical Director to provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical services for individuals aged 55 and older. Occasional travel to patients residences or partner facilities may be required on an as-needed basis. Position Details Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM Setting : Outpatient clinic only Call Coverage : Weeknights : 4 : 30 PM 8 : 00 AM Weekends : 4 : 30 PM 8 : 00 AM On-call Response Time : Within 30 minutes (shared among nursing, social work, and administrative team) Average Patient Volume : 6 8 patients per day Charting : Documentation required within 24 hours EMR : RTZ Requirements Active Indiana Medical License Board Certified DEA and BLS certifications required Geriatric care or internal medicine / family practice experience preferred
