Key Responsibilities
Oversee client servicing and advocate for client needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Coordinate strategic plans and operational initiatives in collaboration with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Three years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry
Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success
Project management experience is preferred
