Dental Front Office Team Member

Practice Hours : Monday–Wednesday 8 : 00–5 : 00, Thursday 8 : 00–3 : 00

Pay : $22–$27 / hour (based on experience)

Do you enjoy creating a warm, welcoming environment and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Our dental practice is looking for a Front Office Team Member who will play a vital role in patient care and office flow.

What You’ll Do

Your role will be at the heart of our practice, helping patients and supporting our team with :

Greeting all patients warmly upon arrival

Assisting with front office operations, scheduling and patient flow

Answering incoming calls and assisting with outbound calls

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance

Verifying insurance and assisting with claim submissions

Processing payments and assisting with billing

Managing emails, follow-ups, and after-treatment “well call” checks

Assisting with keeping the office tidy and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Clear, compassionate communication with patients and teammates

Comfort with technology and practice management software

A positive, proactive attitude
