Brand Marketing Director Responsibilities : Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and market growth.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Oversee digital strategy, including social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid media.

Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and customer engagement.

Collaborate with external agencies on creative development, media buying, and campaign execution.

Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI tracking.

Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Brand Marketing Director Requirements : 8+ years of marketing experience in the CPG industry, preferably in the beverage sector.

Proven experience leading brand strategy and digital marketing initiatives.

Strong background in partnership marketing and agency / vendor management.

Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing teams.

Hands-on experience with social media, paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing.

Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance tracking and ROI measurement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This role requires a hybrid onsite presence in Oak Brook, IL. All candidates up for consideration for the Brand Marketing Director role must be willing and able to be in the office on designated days.
