Instructional Designer / Learning Project Manager (100% Virtual)

Job Description

Our client, a global leader in technology and innovation, is seeking a versatile Instructional Designer / Learning Project Manager to support a major initiative : educating internal and external members of their supply chain—including leaders—on supply chain standards and best practices. This role is ideal for a highly skilled eLearning professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can flex between instructional design and graphic / presentation design, and brings strong project management experience in eLearning development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and the internal training team to assess existing materials, determine what to update versus build from scratch, and create new content as needed.
• Design and develop 15–20 interactive eLearning courses (10–45 minutes in length) using modern authoring tools.
• Manage the end-to-end development of eLearning projects, including scoping, timelines, stakeholder communications, and quality assurance.
• Create engaging graphics and presentations, leveraging tools like Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support the team in evaluating, planning, and implementing a new LMS / LCMS, offering insights and lessons learned from prior system implementations.
• Ensure content is instructionally sound, visually engaging, and accessible for global audiences across technical fields such as advanced manufacturing, supply chains, environmental topics, and health & safety.

Work Structure

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $60.00 per hour on a W2 basis. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
