Restaurant Manager Requirements / Responsibilities :
3–5 years of experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant managementProvide leadership to front-of-house teams, ensuring consistent service and guest satisfactionSupport restaurant policies, training programs, and operational strategiesManage daily floor operations, guest interactions, and staff accountabilityAssist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementPartner with leadership on inventory, ordering, and cost-control measuresEnsure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standardsSupport promotional events, specials, and marketing initiatives to drive salesDemonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
