Job Details

Stepdown nursing position with a patient ratio of at least 1 : 3.

Must have at least 1 year of ICU and IICU stepdown experience in a large teaching hospital.

Experience with trauma-related injuries such as head injuries, spinal cord injuries, and surgical care is required.

Average Daily Census : 20 (21 beds total) with staffing ratios of 7 RNs, maximum 3 : 1.

Epic experience is required.

Job Requirements

1+ year of critical care experience is required.

Must have ventilator experience.

Locals accepted if over 100 miles or 50 miles for night shift.

Pending license accepted : No.

All RTO must be included at the time of submission.

Schedule Information

Guaranteed hours : Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Unit Specific Information

Must have ACLS certification for stepdown unit. Certification cannot expire within 30 days of start.

Additional Details

Proof of I9 or Attestation is required.

Driver's License is required ASAP for computer access.

E-Verify or Attestation is required.
