\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room care. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of various surgical procedures and be proficient in patient care within diverse surgical settings, including General, Orthopedic, and OBGYN.

\n\nResponsibilities\n \n

  • Provide nursing care in the Operating Room, adhering to best practices and safety protocols.

    • \n

  • Assist with the preparation and management of surgical instruments and equipment.

    • \n

  • Participate in the surgical team and ensure the patient's safety and comfort pre, during, and post-operation.

    • \n

  • Monitor patient progress and react promptly to changes in condition.

    • \n

  • Educate patients and their families regarding post-operative care.

    • \n \n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n

  • Current RN license.

    • \n

  • ACLS, BLS certification required; NRP, PALS certification preferred.

    • \n

  • Experience with surgical procedures including but not limited to gynecology, orthopedics, and general surgery.
