Details :

• Full-time or part-time locum opportunity.
• MondayFriday 8?a.m.5?p.m. schedule covering clinic and OR.
• 24-hour call coverage on weekends and after-hours call during weekdays.
• Ambulatory clinic volume of 1822 patients / day.
• Required procedures : cystoscopy in office and standard bread & butter Urology cases in OR (adults only, no Peds).
• Call coverage includes ER and hospital consults with 30-minute response time.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• ACLS, BLS, CSR licenses required.
• Illinois license required or IMLC in hand.
• EPIC EMR system.
• Paid travel and housing included.
