Staff Product Reliability & Quality Management

Overview

As a Senior Engineer Quality Management, you will be responsible for developing and releasing Ethernet products through the appropriate reliability qualification techniques.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of qualification strategy / plans in accordance with the relevant standards (eg, AEC-Q100), and customer requirements
• Ensure quality metric reporting to internal and external customers (DPPM, Pareto, improvement plans)
• Ensure the fulfilment of time and cost according to agreed qualification plans / schedules
• Responsible for quality issues in volume production, and work closely with both the business unit and worldwide manufacturing production sites
• Drive quality targets derived from customers and market requirements
• Support 8D corrective actions for product quality issues resulting from customer complaints, and drive continuous improvement activities
• Carry out risk assessments
• Support monitoring quality criteria and adherence to quality assurance risk management procedures
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve potential escalation cases
