Overview
As a Senior Engineer Quality Management, you will be responsible for developing and releasing Ethernet products through the appropriate reliability qualification techniques.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of qualification strategy / plans in accordance with the relevant standards (eg, AEC-Q100), and customer requirements
- Ensure quality metric reporting to internal and external customers (DPPM, Pareto, improvement plans)
- Ensure the fulfilment of time and cost according to agreed qualification plans / schedules
- Responsible for quality issues in volume production, and work closely with both the business unit and worldwide manufacturing production sites
- Drive quality targets derived from customers and market requirements
- Support 8D corrective actions for product quality issues resulting from customer complaints, and drive continuous improvement activities
- Carry out risk assessments
- Support monitoring quality criteria and adherence to quality assurance risk management procedures
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve potential escalation cases
Qualifications
BS or master's (preferred) in electrical engineering or similar3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with broad R&D experience in different departmentsProject management experience, working experience with foreign culturesProcess management skillsAdvanced knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, etc.) and customer related processesGood knowledge of VDA 6.1 auditsExperience in semiconductor technology and IC devicesGood knowledge of product package and die qualifications methodology, following AEC-Q100 requirementsDemonstrate ability to solve problems systematicallySupport customers quality and reliability inquiriesReview and evaluate customers product mission profilesAbility to apply a variety of interpersonal skills at high management levels to effectively discuss, explore and exchange ideasAbout Infineon and Equal Opportunity
