Board Certified Family Medicine Physician

A company is looking for a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician, PCP for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a virtual setting

Manage a dedicated panel of patients and collaborate with external partners for patient care

Educate patients on treatments, manage follow-ups, and refer to specialists as needed

Required Qualifications

Board-Certified in Family Medicine

3+ years of post-residency work experience

Experience with virtual visits / telemedicine

Prior experience with EPIC EMR

Must be eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider
