CDL-A Regional Driver

$1,500 Weekly Average | No-Touch Freight | Refrigerated Loads | Home Weekly / Every Other Weekend

Job Highlights

  • Freight : No-touch freight, mostly refrigerated loads
  • Work : Mix of drop & hook and live loads; deliveries only to Sysco warehouses
  • Routes : Loads begin / end in Front Royal, VA; drivers may return with empty trailers or pick up backhaul loads
  • States Covered : MA, CT, NY (Albany & Syracuse), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, KY
  • Home Time : Most drivers home weekly; guaranteed home every other weekend for 34-hour reset
  • Facilities : Onsite mechanic shop, driver manager support, shower facilities, nearby food & shopping
  • Hazmat : Required within 90 days of hire
  • Night Driving : Required

Pay

  • Weekly Earnings : Average $1,500 gross
  • Mileage Pay : Based on experience, 65 - 70 CPM
  • Hazmat Loads : +$75 per load
  • Detention Pay : $20 / hour (after 2 hours, backhauls only)
  • Bonus : Safe & on-time bonus up to +3 CPM
  • Training Pay : $150 / day for 5-day mentor program

  • Valid CDL-A License
