2PiFit is hiring a coach to lead our middle school and high school girls’ strength & conditioning program. We’re looking for someone who can connect with youth athletes, challenge them safely, and help them unlock their full potential. This role isn’t about running cookie-cutter workouts—it’s about teaching proper form, building resilience, and creating an environment where young women feel empowered to compete and thrive.

Who We Are

2PiFit is a premier fitness and nutrition coaching facility in Wadsworth / Medina, Ohio. We specialize in helping busy professionals and youth female athletes build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits in a supportive and challenging environment. Our StrongHer Youth Program empowers middle and high school girls through strength & conditioning, performance training, and confidence-building both inside and outside the gym.

We’re looking for a Youth Female Athlete Coach to join our team for evening sessions (starting at 3 PM).

Who You Are

You’re not just a trainer—you’re a coach who understands the unique needs of youth female athletes. You know how to balance challenge with encouragement, and you’re passionate about teaching proper movement, strength, and confidence that carries beyond the gym.

• You’ve coached athletes before—whether in strength training, performance, or sports conditioning—and you can command a group while keeping it fun and safe.
• You connect easily with teens and know how to meet them where they are while holding high standards.
• You’re certified (strength & conditioning, performance, or youth-specific certifications preferred) and always looking to learn more.
• You thrive in a team environment and want to be part of a culture that empowers young women to feel strong and capable, on the field and in life.
• You’re professional, reliable, and know that parents, athletes, and teammates can count on you.
