Cognitive and Memory Disorders team CT. Facility

will also consider a candidate who is a general neurologist with experience treating cognitive and memory disorders.

0utpatient with no call, weekend or holiday shifts.

Regular business hours Monday Friday, 8a 5p.

EMR-EPIC

Provider will be joining a multi-disciplinary team consisting of 1 APP, 2 neuropsychologists, 1 social worker, and support staff. The provider will be in the clinic providing in person care. We use Epic as out EMR platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of Neuroscience experience Facility would be interested in locum or locums to permanent employment.
