We are looking for a full-time Board-Certified / Board Eligible Physician in Capitola and Salinas, California! If your specialty is in Ortho and / or in PM&R, we are interested in hearing from you!

Residents / Follows who have completed a Fellowship are encouraged to apply for potential start dates throughout year 2025.

Schedule :

• Clinic Hours, Monday through Friday
• This role will support both Capitola and Salinas Clinics.
• No weekends

The Physician is to assume the role of a primary treating physician for injured workers as well as commercial and Medicare patients. This position requires an M.D. or D.O. with a personable and proficient in relationship building to help create a positive atmosphere. They will have the opportunity to comprehensively care for their patients within our multidisciplinary organization. The M.D. must also be comfortable communicating with agents of payors for utilization review and request authorizations.
