URGENTLY HIRING : Outside Sales Representative (Roofing)

Location : Nashville, TN

Compensation : 100% Commission-based | $85K-$170K+ OTE

Benefits Package : Hands-on Training, Professional Development Assistance

Industry : Residential & Commercial Roofing, Storm Restoration, Gutter & Drone Inspection Services

Your Role : What Youll Be Doing

  • Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and recommend solutions
  • Conduct roof inspections (ladder and / or drone) and document findings
  • Build rapport and guide clients through every step of the process
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Own your performance and hit your goals independently

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Valid drivers license + insured vehicle
  • Comfortable with heights and outdoor work
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Coachable, dependable, and results-driven

    • Compensation & Schedule

  • Uncapped Commission $85K-$170K+ OTE

  • Full-Time Schedule : MondayFriday, some weekends as needed
