Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time experienced and energetic individual to join our team in our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, or Pre-K classroom (Certified EEC Teacher preferred, but willing to train the right individual). You will be responsible for encouraging children's intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. Responsibilities
Plan activities and experiences that are developmentally appropriate (lesson plans should meet children's needs)Provide basic care and caregiving activitiesEvaluate and observe children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones (through observations, progress reports, and monthly goals)Communicate with parents via the Parent Engagement App, as well as in personA full scope of responsibilities will be provided on our Job DescriptionQualifications
Previous experience preferred, but not requiredMust have EEC Teacher Certifications (or be willing to obtain through coursework at a local community college)Strong understanding of child development (or be willing to learn)Patient, kind, and nurturingExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsFirst Aid / CPR certified (or be willing to obtain)Completion of the EEC Essentials 2.0Be able to work Monday-Friday 7 : 50am-5 : 10pmJ-18808-Ljbffr
