Overview

MW Talent is partnering with a respected boutique personal injury law firm to hire a Senior Litigation Attorney with extensive litigation and courtroom experience. This is a full-time, in-office role (with potential hybrid flexibility after probation), ideal for an accomplished attorney ready to lead cases, mentor other attorneys, and contribute to firm growth.

Location : Decatur, GA (Primarily On-site, with potential hybrid after probation)

Compensation : $200K-$300K base + bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent personal injury clients through all phases of litigation, from intake to verdict.
  • Serve as first chair in jury trials, handling high-value and complex matters.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys.
  • Oversee cases, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure effective case handling.

    • Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia.
  • 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
  • Extensive first-chair jury trial experience.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (writing sample required).
  • Organized, proactive, and effective at managing multiple cases.
