Responsibilities Work in the Telemetry unit of a hospital setting Day shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM Every third weekend required Rotational holiday coverage is required Floating to other units or affiliate hospitals based on census and volume No on-call requirements Cerner charting experience required Responsibilities include providing high quality telemetry nursing care for a variety of patients Royal blue scrubs are required Professional conduct is strictly enforced with potential for immediate termination for violations Must be prepared to float to other hospital units or affiliate hospitals as needed Must be willing to work one of the major holidays, if requesting time off during the holiday season Up to 10 days of requested time off may be considered Pre-start modules must be completed within one week of signing Team will include both telemetry-trained and critical care RNs Requirements Active IN or compact RN license required, pending licenses accepted if active by start date Minimum of 2 years of telemetry or critical care RN experience required Current ACLS and BLS certifications required CPI and NIHSS certifications preferred Must live at least 50 miles from the facility; locals not accepted First-time travelers are not accepted for this position Must be able to complete up to 8 hours of pre-start online training modules Must not have worked at the facility within the last 3 years to be eligible Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-620641.
