This is a Seasonal Operations Associate position with an defined employment time period, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Move through the store at a fast pace, assist customers with questions or requests, and provide exceptional service.
• Executes pricing and signing : Update ticket prices and signage across merchandise efficiently.
• Replenish and restock : Monitor stock levels and pull / prepare merchandise to ensure availability on the sales floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise : Collaborate with teammates to unload trucks and prepare backroom merchandise.
• Backroom standards : Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Online jcp.com pick up : Locate and fulfill online orders when needed.
• Merchandise strategy : Implement merchandising plans to place products according to lead timelines and standards, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Participation in a learning environment : Absorb new information from peers or training materials related to merchandise or processes.
