Job description10 Paid Company Observed Holidays Birthday & Anniversary Incentives 401K Employer Match Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Company-paid Short & Long-term Disability Continuing Education Reimbursement Program Generous Referral Program Act as a professional leader within the organization and as a representative of CMi Be an effective communicator and leader within the QA department and throughout CMi Develop and grow multi-level relationships with customers, suppliers, auditors, and other interested parties in support of CMi goals Develop personal job competency through continuing education Mentor and coach fellow professionals at CMi Implementation : follow all released processes related to inspection planning, inspection, and internal customer support Improvement : suggest improvement of QA Department and CMi processes in support of internal and external customers Inspection Planning : Plan intermediate to advanced manual, CMM, and Vision System inspections Inspection : Execute inspection plans for manual, CMM, and Vision System inspections Internal customer support Support internal customer requests for support related to inspection, measurement strategy, calibration, and other related requests If assigned, perform duties of Calibration Coordinator \n Arrange for internal or supplier calibration purchase orders Inspect incoming M&TE and associated certification paperwork after calibration for compliance with requirements Apply marking to M&TE per internal requirements Other duties as assigned High School Diploma or equivalent. 4 years of experience in a related field Bachelor's degree in related field may substitute for relevant experience Experience preferred within a 3rd-party-audited manufacturing Quality Management System (ISO 9001, AS9100, Nadcap, ISO / TS 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, or similar) Ability to interpret all drawings and GD&T symbology Ability to plan intermediate to advanced inspections using CMM, vision systems, surface plate tools, and hand tools Ability to interpret the majority of GD&T symbols on intermediate and advanced drawings Ability to program a CMM and run a CMM program; and interpret results. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to work effectively with a team and independently as needed to support the group effort. Ability to perform basic hand tool calibration procedure desired. Basic reading, writing, computer skills such as log on, data entry, and retrieval. High attention to detail. Must provide proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Residency to comply with ITAR regulations Ability to pass a drug screen per Vitesse's drug testing policy Ability to pass a criminal background check per Vitesse's policy Is not a United States citizen Is not lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. Does not have politically protected status (embassy, refugee, or asylum)

Vitesse Systems is looking for a Quality Control Inspector II to join the team in Longmont, Colorado! The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing inspections per all internal and external requirements, and to support internal customers in need of inspection support.
