As a Sales Support Specialist, you will handle both inbound and outbound sales calls, process orders, manage data entry, and assist with various administrative and customer service tasks. You will play an important role in supporting our sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to incoming sales calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Process and manage customer orders accurately from start to completion
- Enter and update customer and order information in CRM and order management systems
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and help close sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving questions and concerns quickly
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and customer interactions
- Support administrative and clerical tasks across departments as needed
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and market trends to enhance sales performance
Qualifications :
