• Responsibilities \n\nProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.\n\n+ Implement and monitor patient care plans.\n\n+ Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.\n\n+ Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.\n\n+ Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.\n\n+ Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.\n
• Requirements \n\nLicensure / Certification / Registration : \n\n+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.\n\n+ One or more of the following required : \n\n+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.\n\nEducation : \n\n+ Diploma from an accredited school / college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.\n
