Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing projects are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.
Salary: $45000-$53000 yearly
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate production of marketing materials such as brochures, event collateral, and branded assets.
Support event planning, logistics, and onsite coordination for company events and partnerships.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on results and engagement metrics.
Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project trackers.
Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Manage inventory of promotional materials and coordinate orders as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
