Schedule : Monday–Friday, 40 hours / week

Float : Required to other offices as needed

Overview

Seeking an experienced LPN for an Outpatient / OB-GYN Clinic within the Rochester Regional Health System. The ideal candidate has strong outpatient and women’s health experience, is comfortable with phlebotomy, and thrives in a collaborative ambulatory care setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a busy outpatient clinic setting
  • Perform phlebotomy and assist with laboratory specimen labeling and collection
  • Conduct patient health assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication reconciliation
  • Support physicians with exams, procedures, and Pap smears
  • Administer basic wound care and dressing changes
  • Manage patient phone calls, refill requests, and follow-up communication
  • Set up sterile / aseptic trays for procedures
  • Assist in women’s health care, including pregnancy-related assessments and specimen collection

    • Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of clinical LPN experience (outpatient preferred)
  • License : Active New York State LPN License
  • Certifications : BLS (required)
  • Charting System : Epic (preferred)
  • Travel Experience : Not required
