Cabinet IQ of Tyler is bringing high-end custom cabinetry and countertop design to homes across East Texas. We’re preparing to open our brand-new showroom in Tyler and can’t wait to share our 5-star customer experience with homeowners from Longview to Tyler and everywhere in between.

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Kitchen Designer who’s ready to help our clients design their dream spaces. You’ll lead consultations, measure accurately, create stunning designs, and guide clients from concept to completion.

This is a rare opportunity to join a new location from the ground up—help shape our showroom’s success and make your mark in the East Texas design community.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners and help them design functional, stylish kitchens and bathrooms.

Conduct in-home consultations and gather measurements.

Create detailed layouts using 2020 Design Live software.

Prepare and present accurate design proposals.

Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth installation.

Maintain client information and notes in our CRM.

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

What You’ll Bring

3–5 years of kitchen and bath design experience preferred.

Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Proficiency in 2020 Design Live (required).

High attention to detail and a passion for great design.

Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow.

Valid driver’s license required.
