Reno, NV

Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM (No Weekends)

Salary : $80K–$110K (DOE) | Earning Potential up to $150K

We're a busy, locally owned, and well-established automotive shop in Reno , and we're looking for a highly motivated Shop Manager to lead our team. Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $80,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)

Performance-Based Earning Potential : Up to $150,000

What You'll Do

Oversee daily shop operations and team performance

Lead, train, and mentor staff including technicians and service advisors

Hire new team members and drive a culture of excellence

Communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers

Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery

Monitor financial performance and drive shop profitability

Coordinate and participate in ongoing training (yours and the team's)

Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

5–10+ years of automotive management experience

Some background as a technician or service advisor

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication skills – must be a true “people person”

Professional, organized, and goal-driven

Comfortable being around and interacting with people all day

Motivated to make a difference and grow a team

Willingness to train and develop others
