Job description

Position Summary

The Office for Community Health (OCH) is a key resource to New Mexico’s communities and operates under the Executive Vice President of Health Sciences. OCH’s many programs offer a diverse set of resources linking community health needs with University resources in all mission areas—clinical services, education, research and health policy.

This position will work under the Evaluation Director and will oversee collection and reporting of complex data, ensuring consistency and integrity of data. The ideal team member will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven professional with problem-solving skills to develop and interpret quantitative data across multiple programs. This individual will be responsible for designing and creating databases, primarily in REDCap and Smartsheets programs, as well as testing, enhancing or modifying existing systems. Other tasks include : providing assistance and training to system users, interpreting and reporting on data, including statistical values, and providing consultation regarding implementation.

Conditions of Employment Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in REDCap and / or SmartsheetsExperience with coding in statistical software, . R, STATA, etc.
