As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Pay Rate : $22.59 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeFri11 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PMSat09 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
  • Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards or potential threats within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting restricted areas.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel and visitors to relay important information and instructions as needed.
  • Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with company and client requirements.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
