Supply Chain Product Manager, Consulting Principal

As a Supply Chain Product Manager, you will make an impact by driving business transformation through strategic analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. You will be a valued member of the Supply Chain Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

In this role, you will :

• Lead client stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather business requirements and define solution strategies.
• Design and document business processes, organizational structures, and business rules for IT systems.
• Prepare Business Solution Documents and serve as a liaison between clients, design teams, and technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment and go-live of OMS solutions.
• Provide regular updates to executive management and steering committees on program progress and risks.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring at least 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Austin, Texas.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $122,400 - $194,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
