We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries or surgeries and improve their overall physical well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical condition and needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for ongoing care and recovery.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
