Our Team Cuthbertson franchises serve Metro Orlando from two locations.

Join SERVPRO Team Cuthbertson as a Restoration Manager, where youll be at the heart of our operations, leading a team, and ensuring smooth mitigation processes and effective project management.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, achieve financial objectives, and maintain high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. Youll lead and develop a team of dedicated technicians, manage a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage restoration personnel.
  • Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide priority response to potential customers.
  • Inspect projects, develop scope of work, and review estimates.
  • Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
  • Conduct a final walkthrough on all assigned projects and obtain a certificate of satisfaction from the customer.
  • Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
  • Ensure employee compliance with all company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED. Associate or Bachelors degree in a related field, preferred.
  • Direct experience with mitigation, cleaning, restoration, or construction services.
  • Direct experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • IICRC industry certifications preferred.

    • Work and Physical Requirements

  • This is a full-time position and will involve long hours, weekend, and holiday work. Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on a 24 / 7 / 365 basis to respond to emergency situations when on-call shifts are assigned.
  • The work is primarily local during the business day, although occasionally, out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be assigned.
  • The position is very active, and frequently performs strenuous physical labor under adverse conditions.
  • This job requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment including the wear and use of respirators.
