Duration : 13 weeks

Hours per Week : 36

Shift : 12 Hour Days (7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm), variable schedule, call required

Scrubs : Provided by facility

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1680 - $1800

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license (North Carolina or compact state)

At least 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience

Comprehensive surgical skills in general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma

Experience with Cerner EMR documentation preferred

Ability to float to other clinical departments as needed

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care for diverse surgical procedures

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate patient documentation using Cerner EMR

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergent surgical needs

Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Support a positive patient experience and contribute to Mission Hospital’s reputation for healthcare excellence
