Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring ideas to life visually across campaigns, social media, presentations, and branded content. This role requires someone who lives and breathes design, understands the speed of culture, and can balance sleek aesthetics with scroll-stopping originality. You’ll be part of a team that communicates effectively with internal teams and clients, guiding inputs, maintaining workflows, and ensuring clear communication throughout the creative process. Adaptability under pressure and quick problem-solving are essential to keep projects moving without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design social-first graphics (static, motion, stories, Reels / TikTok assets).
• Create decks, moodboards, and presentations that visually wow clients and partners.
• Design campaign branding elements (logos, typography treatments, templates, etc.).
• Collaborate with content producers, editors, and account teams to ensure a cohesive look across all platforms.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to manage feedback, follow process, and gather inputs from clients.
• Find quick solutions when the team hits a wall — pivot design, rethink a format, or invent a workaround.
• Stay on top of design, social, and cultural trends and bring them into your work.
• Deliver quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality, even with shifting last-minute requests.
