About the Role

QTrade Teas & Botanicals is seeking a Supply & Production Planner to manage demand forecasts, capacity planning, and production schedules. You’ll keep materials and packaging aligned with production needs while wearing many hats in a small, entrepreneurial team environment .

Responsibilities

  • Create and adjust production schedules to match forecasts.
  • Build Excel planning models; experience in NetSuite a big plus.
  • Track supplier lead times and inventory.
  • Report KPIs such as fill rates and inventory turns.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain / Operations preferred.
  • 2–4 years’ planning or supply chain experience (food / bev a plus).
  • Strong Excel skills required ; NetSuite preferred.
  • Organized, analytical, and team-oriented.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish a big plus.
