A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity : RN - PCU Job Details : - Work in the Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPCU) on the 4th floor of the inpatient tower - Manage patient ratios of 1 : 4 or 1 : 5 - Work with drips and BIPAP equipment - Use Meditech EMR system - Care for patients with CABG, heart catheterization with PCI, watchman procedures, pacemakers, CHF, chest pain, and valve procedures - Work collaboratively with CNCs, RNs, LVNs, techs, and unit clerks - Must be willing to work with LVNs and students - Required to float to PCU, Med / Surg, and Telemetry units as needed - Work every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per schedule - Must have ACLS certification and be telemetry competent - Cardiac experience preferred - Must maintain positive attitude, be a team player, and demonstrate flexibility - Dress code requires navy blue scrubs Facility : This healthcare facility operates a 35-bed private room cardiovascular progressive care unit specializing in comprehensive cardiac care services.
