About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Must-Have :

• Strong experience in critical care and stepdown unit
• Proficient in managing patients with common diagnoses such as STEMI, hypertensive crisis, chest pain, and post-operative care

Description :

Registered Nurse position in a stepdown unit specializing in critical care.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.

Nurse to patient ratio is typically 2 : 1 or 1 : 1 to 3 : 1 in critical care settings.

Duties include monitoring patients, administering medication, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Experience with special procedures such as TEE, bedside bronch, TTM, and ECMO is preferred.

Charting will be performed using electronic health record systems.

Weekend work is required on an every other weekend basis.

Flexibility to float within skill set as needed.
