If you’ve closed at least a couple of deals and are ready to dramatically increase your production, The Grainger Group is the team to get you there. We help agents go from 2 to 25 closed transactions in their first year through a mix of high-quality leads, hands-on coaching, and unmatched team support.

Our team specializes in converting internet buyer leads at a high level. You’ll have access to a 16,000-person database, daily training sessions, and a dedicated transaction coordinator so you can focus entirely on your clients and closing deals.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $96,000 – $300,000+ per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule, free coaching, leads provided

Schedule : Monday to Friday, weekend availability

Supplemental Pay : Commission pay
