Local Candidates (Hourly Pay) : $49-$57
Travel Candidates (Weekly Take-Home Pay) : $1743-$1973

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Duties
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide training and support for teachers, staff, and families in behavioral strategies
Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with IEP teams and other professionals to support student learning and behavior goals
Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements regarding behavioral services
Promote positive, evidence-based behavioral practices in the school environment
Federal and State Requirements
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Texas state licensure (if applicable) required
Strong knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, FERPA, and other applicable education laws
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Fingerprinting and background clearance as required by Texas school districts
