An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy and Salary :
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Boston, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The salary range for this position is $161,000 - $172,500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

The Growth & Discovery Product team at Wayfair is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and build out our SEO product suite. SEO (along with Gen AI Search) is a key investment area for Wayfair and our team is a part of the Growth and Advertising group that reaches over 500 million consumers in our mission to help everyone anywhere create their feeling of home. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). They will own the roadmap and execution around Wayfair’s platform that manages the planning, execution, and experimentation to optimize our SEO and Agentic Search performance. They will be a product athlete, able to translate complex problems into a product roadmap, back up recommendations with quantitative and qualitative reasoning, prioritize against multiple, sometimes competing priorities, be comfortable working in an Agile environment, with a history of successful product launches. In addition they will also collaborate with other Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business owners to deliver on the roadmap
