As a Hospice Team Coordinator, you will support the clinical field team members from behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and a team player. Some of the tasks associated with the position are :

• Assist the Director of Clinical Serviceswith preparing for medical group review meetings.
• Develop weekly schedules for health aides.
• Answer phones and complete administrative tasks.
• Order supplies and assist other managers in the office with various tasks.

Schedule : In-office, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
