Comfort Advisor

Compensation : $80,000$100,000 annually (based on experience and performance)

Direct Air is growing, and we're looking for motivated and customer-focused Comfort Advisors to join our team! In this role, you'll play a critical part in helping homeowners find the right HVAC solutions to improve their comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. You'll manage the sales process from initial consultation to job scheduling and follow-up, ensuring high customer satisfaction and profitable results.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend HVAC system solutions

Educate customers on comfort systems and available financing options

Prepare and present clear, professional proposals within company pricing standards

Obtain job authorization and communicate job details to install teams and support staff

Oversee projects from sale to installation, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction

Follow up post-install to confirm quality and encourage referrals

Submit all required documentation, photos, and job specs in a timely and organized manner

Maintain regular communication with customers, installers, and management

Actively prospect new business through calls and neighborhood outreach

Participate in ongoing sales training and team development

Qualifications

Valid U.S. Driver's License and clean driving record

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; HVAC sales preferred

Minimum of 1 year HVAC industry experience (preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Physically capable of performing job duties in a field environment
