Supplier Quality Engineer
You will be the Supplier Quality Engineer for the MFC team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge mission solutions within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. As the Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible for driving supplier-focused quality excellence across the program. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Partner with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers to resolve quality issues.
- Lead product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective / preventive actions.
- Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop strategies and systems that elevate internal and supplier performance.
- Assess quality systems, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective improvements.

The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications :
STEM degree at Bachelor's level or higherMust be able to identify and document quality deficiencies and ensure effective corrective action.Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems.Understanding engineering drawings requirements mechanical.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environmentMust be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.Ability to obtain a Secret Security ClearanceProficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to travelDesired Skills :
Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming Material (Material Review Board)Thorough understanding of Quality principles in Aerospace industryExperience working with Government customersA strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret.
