Role and Responsibilities :

• Create a warm and hospitable environment for everyone in our   restaurant
• A clear understanding of seating guests at tables
• Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival.
• Maintain professional & positive guest relations at all times.
• Clearly communicate daily menu items and make thoughtful / informed recommendations to our guests
• Serve alcohol in accordance with California Law
• Follow Health and Safety Standards when handling food and beverages
• Maintain high level of product and menu knowledge
• Partake in regular testing to ensure product knowledge is to Felix standards
• Attend regularly scheduled training meetings to develop  knowledge and skills
