A Restaurant Equipment Technician repairs and maintains commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems. They troubleshoot problems, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Additional responsibilities may include installing new equipment, maintaining inventory, and providing customer service. Really want someone that hits the ground running. HVAC / R certified, EPA licensed, some own tools, good drive record, licensed for Oklahoma & Arkansas separately. Able to diagnose & repair refrigerators, walk ins, ice makers, griddles, fryers, beverage equipment. Required Skills and Qualifications : ??? Technical Skills : Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems related to commercial kitchen equipment. ??? Troubleshooting Skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment problems. ??? Mechanical Aptitude : Strong understanding of how equipment works, including refrigeration, ovens, dishwashers, and other appliances. ??? Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and vendors. ??? Problem-solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. ??? Physical Stamina : Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and parts. ??? Organization Skills : Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain records. ??? Customer Service Skills : Ability to provide excellent customer service to restaurant staff and management. ####
