Internal Communications Manager

As an Internal Communications Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, building and managing our internal communications initiatives to support a steady flow of information and updates both within the Worldwide Amazon Stores organization and broadly across Amazon. As part of the AIGC and WW Amazon Stores Internal Communications team, you will serve as a program manager for the internal communications mechanisms serving the AIGC and WW Amazon Stores organizations, and will develop robust editorial calendars, audience segmentation strategies, and measurement reporting. You will have excellent writing, editing and communications skills and a strong ability to work backwards from the internal customer to put forward a professional, clear, and consistent message. The ideal candidate must possess talent for collaboration, have the ability to flex when needed, and have the agility to navigate a large-scale, complex business to deliver the most important information to employees.

Key job responsibilities :

• Work with partners across the business and global comms teams to source and deliver communications and original content focused on organizational priorities, employee experiences, and Amazon's culture.
• Grow and develop global internal communications programs to support organization priorities and strategy.
• Provide internal communications support and counsel to organization business partners.
• Build and leverage internal communications tools including : meetings, wikis, newsletters, email, video and more to engage employees.
• Manage communications feedback gathering and new reporting and measurement mechanisms.
